Make & Take Workshop : Confetti Stamped Scarf Slide : 3-3.5 hours

In this make and take workshop, you'll design and fabricate a brass confetti stamped scarf slide. A scarf slide is a cute little accessory you can wear with a bandana scarf. After you’ve decided on your design, we'll go through the process of sawing, stamping, filing, soldering, applying patina, and finishing your pieces.

Each student will have a jewelry bench with all the tools and materials needed to complete the workshop.

This class requires you to work with fine details and requires some dexterity. Please consider this when purchasing a seat.

Duration: 3-3.5 hours

Location: 76 E. 3rd Street Winona, MN

Class Size: 4 people (minimum of 2 participants)

Age Requirement: 16 years or older (minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)

Cost: $50 + $15 material fee = $65
Tickets are non-refundable.

What to bring: All students must wear closed-toe shoes, no exceptions. Students with long hair must have their hair pulled back. All participants should bring a notebook or sketchbook and something to write with if they want to take notes. Students may bring snacks and drinks. You will have time throughout the workshop to take a moment as needed. For workshops lasting 7-8 hours, a 30-minute break will be built into the day. Please bring a sack lunch. I have a small refrigerator and microwave available for use. If you need readers or a magnification visor to see small components, please bring them with you, as we will be working with many small components throughout the workshop.
