Shipping + Returns

Jewelry lead time for made-to-order items is 5-7 business days. All other items ship within 3 business days. This does not include shipping time.

All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and automatically includes tracking and up to $100 of insurance. Priority typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons (i.e. Christmas).

If you would like additional insurance to cover the value of your item(s), please purchase this insurance upgrade along with your order.

If you would like to make arrangements to use a different carrier for your order, please contact us before completing your order and I can discuss options with you.
- I only accept orders shipped in the US. No international shipping is offered at this time.
Returns
- My hope is that you are completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not I will refund the full purchase price for store credit or exchange only. Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
- All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. No exceptions.
- Please notify me via email at hello@jovyrockeyjewelry.com that you are returning the item.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and returning the item in it’s original condition and gift box.
- All returns must be shipped back via USPS Priority. I do recommend insuring the package. If the package is lost in transit and not insured a credit will not be issued.
- Please provide tracking information once return is shipped.
- Once the items have been received, I will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the item. Original shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
