Jewelry lead time for most made-to-order items is 5-7 business days. All other items ship within 3 business days. This does not include shipping time.

All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, automatically including tracking and up to $100 of insurance. Priority typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons (i.e. Christmas).

If you would like additional insurance to cover the value of your item(s), please purchase this insurance upgrade along with your order.

If you would like to arrange to use a different carrier for your order, please get in touch with me before completing it, and I can discuss options with you.
- I only accept orders shipped in the US. No international shipping is offered at this time.
Returns
- I hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, I will refund the total purchase price for store credit or exchange only. Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items will be noted in the product description.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. No exceptions.
- Please notify me via email at hello@jovyrockeyjewelry.com that you are returning the item.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and returning the item in its original condition and gift box.
- All returns must be shipped back via USPS Priority. I do recommend insuring the package. A credit will not be issued if the package is lost in transit and not insured.
- Please provide tracking information once the return is shipped.
- Once the items have been received, I will issue a refund for the original purchase price. Original shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
