Shipping + Returns

Shipping

• Jewelry lead time for most made-to-order items is 5-7 business days. All other items ship within 3 business days. This does not include shipping time.

• All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, automatically including tracking and up to $100 of insurance. Priority typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons (i.e. Christmas).

• If you would like additional insurance to cover the value of your item(s), please purchase this insurance upgrade along with your order. 

• If you would like to arrange to use a different carrier for your order, please get in touch with me before completing it, and I can discuss options with you. 

• I only accept orders shipped in the US. No international shipping is offered at this time.  

Returns

• I hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, I will refund the total purchase price for store credit or exchange only. Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items will be noted in the product description.
  
  
• All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. No exceptions.
  
  
• Please notify me via email at hello@jovyrockeyjewelry.com that you are returning the item.
  
  
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and returning the item in its original condition and gift box.
  
  
• All returns must be shipped back via USPS Priority. I do recommend insuring the package. A credit will not be issued if the package is lost in transit and not insured. 
  
  
• Please provide tracking information once the return is shipped. 

• Once the items have been received, I will issue a refund for the original purchase price. Original shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
